Many addresses are apartments in towers with reception desks, intercoms or key-fob access. Getting a document to the right person often means choosing the right time, working within building rules and being patient. We plan each attendance with the building in mind.
Holiday rentals and absent owners
A registered owner may live elsewhere while guests come and go. Before we attend, we try to establish who actually lives at an address. If it turns out they do not, that finding is useful in itself and may avoid wasted attempts.
Hospitality and shift work
People who work in hospitality, events and tourism are often away during the day and home late. We can arrange evening and weekend attendances, with times recorded in your affidavit, if you instruct us to.

What if the building will not let you in?
We work within the building’s rules and use the options that are available, such as attending when residents are arriving or leaving, or asking for the person to come to reception. We will tell you if access becomes the obstacle.
