Court attendances and enforcement support

A judgment is only useful if it is paid. We help creditors and their solicitors move from judgment to payment by serving enforcement documents and attending hearings.

Where we can help

  • Serving enforcement hearing summonses on judgment debtors
  • Attending court examinations and enforcement hearings on your behalf
  • Gathering the documents a debtor has been ordered to produce
  • Recording payment arrangements agreed at the hearing
  • Filing and lodging documents at court registries

Why it matters

Debtors who have ignored letters and demands often change their approach once they are properly served and have to account for their finances before a court. Attending the hearing in person lets us find out the reasons behind non-payment and, where possible, enter the debtor into a workable payment arrangement.

Working with your solicitor

We work to your instructions or your solicitor’s. We do not give legal advice. We provide a clear report after every attendance so that you can decide what happens next.

Frequently asked questions

Do you attend on behalf of a creditor?

Yes, where the court rules allow it and you have instructed us to. Tell us the court, the hearing date and the documents you have so that we can confirm what is possible.
